Jason Fredette
Jason

Jason Fredette graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has over six years of experience in public education, including four years of teaching at a STEM Academy.
In the classroom, Jason is focused on creating meaningful educational experiences for students
through kindness, grace, and understanding. He encourages students to think creatively, challenge
assumptions, embrace failure, and build resilience to help them grow as both learners and people.
Prior to teaching, Jason taught himself various web technologies and founded WebPractical, a web development company focused on helping small businesses and non-profits build and grow their on-line presence. He did this for over four years while also having fun as a stay-at-home dad.
When Jason is not managing the household or teaching, you can find him watching horror movies, preparing for Halloween, and tinkering with all manner of science projects: compressed air rocket launchers, homemade animatronics, Alexa skills, and video games.
