Who We Are

Austin Keystone Academy is a secular homeschool community offering a full breadth of core academics for students in Austin and the surrounding areas. Our program balances classroom performance, creativity, and fun in an inclusive environment for K-12 students. We proudly affirm LGBTQ+ students and families, support neurodiversity and disability inclusion, and prioritize mask-friendly practices so students can learn in an environment where they feel safe, respected, and fully themselves.

 

Our highly-qualified and passionate teachers bring depth, curiosity, and enthusiasm to their classrooms, creating programs that are academically strong and deeply human. Younger students benefit from warm, structured classroom experiences, while secondary students engage in challenging, college-preparatory coursework as they build friendships and independence. Families have an academic hub where learning, creativity, and community come together without dividing their attention or their time.

 

In biology, keystone species hold ecosystems together, and in the same way, Austin Keystone Academy offers a thriving campus where students can grow, connect, and flourish. We take learning seriously, but never ourselves too seriously. ​Austin Keystone Academy is not a drop off program. You must remain on campus to supervise your child between classes, or designate another trusted adult to do so.  We provide an area for guardians to work, read, or just hang out and make new friends!  We can't wait to meet you!
