REGISTRATION

Instructions​

  1. Go to https://portal.austinkeystoneacademy.org/

  2. Create a new account, and log in.
  3. Add students by clicking the "Enroll a New Student" button (on the right on a computer, at the top on mobile).
  4. Add classes for each student by clicking the button below the student's name.

Finalizing Enrollment

Completing the registration process communicates your intent to enroll in the selected courses. However, your student will not be fully enrolled in a course until the following actions occur:

  1. You receive an email from info@austinkeystoneacademy.org confirming that your change request was applied. This requires manual approval from the teacher and can take up to 24 hours.

  2. The course’s teacher contacts you with deposit information to hold the spot in the class.

  3. You pay the course’s $25 deposit directly to the teacher.

What to Expect after Finalizing Enrollment

After you complete the enrollment steps, you’re all set for the rest of this year! You will receive more information about paying tuition and fees next August before classes begin.

Making Changes

If you need to add classes or make other changes to your student’s enrollment, you can do so yourself through the Registration System. Just revisit the student’s entry in the system and click the “Manage schedule” button under their name.
